For over 14 years, Mihaela has worked in some of the most demanding environments in global business, from Amazon to fast-scaling startups, leading complex operations, global teams, and large-scale transformation initiatives. She knows firsthand what it means to be accountable for results, balancing P&Ls, ambitious targets, and the constant pressure to deliver.
Like many high performers, she believed resilience meant pushing harder and enduring more. Until she hit a wall. That experience became the catalyst for a different approach to leadership and performance, grounded in neuroscience, behavioral design, and the lessons learned from navigating corporate high-pressure environments herself.
Today, Mihaela helps leaders and organizations build sustainable high performance. She combines strategic requirements with human reality, helping leaders operate with greater clarity, resilience, and impact while creating teams built on trust, ownership, and collaboration.
Her work draws on global experience, Lean Six Sigma, NeuroLeadership, and NLP, supporting leaders across industries, cultures, and continents.
